Welcome to qiq.co.za (the “Platform”), operated by QIQ Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, purchase of digital products (such as prompt guides, Phynom Protocol resources, tools, templates, and related content), subscriptions, and any associated services (collectively, the “Products”).By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.1. Our Role and Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process, payment processing, invoicing, tax collection (including VAT/GST/sales tax), and handling of returns/refunds are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (or its affiliates, “Paddle”). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you make a purchase:
- You are contracting directly with Paddle for the sale.
- Paddle handles payment, billing, and compliance.
- Your payment method will be charged by Paddle, and Paddle appears on your billing statement.

These Paddle terms govern the sale, delivery, refunds, and your rights as a buyer.2. Products and Subscriptions
- Products are digital (e.g., downloadable prompt guides, access to premium Phynom tools, YAML wrappers, LSO resources, membership content). Delivery is immediate or via account access upon successful payment.
- Subscriptions provide recurring access (e.g., monthly/annual) to updated content, tools, or community features. Billing recurs automatically until canceled.
- Prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes handled by Paddle. We reserve the right to change prices (changes apply to future renewals).
- All Products are non-transferable and for personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.
3. Billing and Payments
- Paddle processes all payments securely.
- For subscriptions: Charges occur at the start of each billing period (e.g., monthly/annually). You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- If a charge fails (e.g., expired card), Paddle may retry or cancel access.
- You are responsible for keeping payment details current via your Paddle account or our Site.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
5. Account and Access
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Keep login credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend/terminate access for violations (e.g., misuse, non-payment).
6. Intellectual Property
- All Products, content, and Site materials are owned by us or licensed to us.
- Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use (e.g., view, download, apply prompt guides). No resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without permission.
- You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from Products.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Products for illegal purposes.
- Share access credentials.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site or others’ access.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Products are provided “as is” without warranties (express or implied). We do not guarantee results from using prompt guides or Phynom tools.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- South African law applies where relevant; disputes are resolved in South African courts.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Paddle handles payment data per their Privacy Policy
